Our conference room is ideal for seminars, presentations, or business gatherings of 10-15 persons. The room is available free of charge to all groups. A group is limited to two (2) meetings per month.
Equipment
Features include a ceiling-mounted HD projector with drop-down screen, table-inset power outlets, and a dry-erase whiteboard. Markers and erasers for the whiteboard are available at the front circulation desk upon request.
The area has a kitchenette with counter space, sink, storage, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Light refreshments are permitted, but hot foods and catering are not.
Seating
The room includes a large board room table surrounded by 10 chairs with five (5) extra, if needed.
