We're on the hunt for a new Executive Director!
The Executive Director manages the entire library system, answering to the Library Board of Trustees and advocating for RCPL, our staff, and our community. They provide administrative and financial leadership, manage employee competency training and evaluations, foster collaboration and cooperation internally and with community partners, and carry out long-term plans for library growth and development.
This is a full-time salaried position requiring a Master's degree from an accredited institution, plus experience in library administration and leadership.
