EKY Mutual Aid is ready to celebrate springtime and sunshine with a seed swap and free yard sale! Join us at the Rowan County Public Library and bring your seeds or plant starts! We’ll have speakers to help with garden planning and offer up tips.

April 21–28 is International Dark Sky Week! We’ve been losing our view of the night sky since the beginning of the 20th century, when cities began to adopt electric streetlamps. Is this only a problem for astronomers?
